Easy and convenient, enjoy free shipping on orders over AUD$50. If you’re in Sydney, place your order by 4pm on a business day and receive it as soon as the next business day. Order before 2pm AEDST on a business day in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth to receive it the next business day too! For the rest of Australia and New Zealand your order will arrive within 2-4 business days.

Shipping internationally? We sure do! We happily ship internationally at a $20 flat rate though shipping times vary depending on which country you're in. Most packages will be with you within 5-10 working days however and we will advise you of an estimated arrival time as soon as we can upon an order being made.

FREE RETURNS - 30 DAYS

The ring doesn't fit? Does that piece not look quite as good as it did in the picture? No worries, we understand! Just mail us back your online purchase within 30 days from the day you purchased it with a copy of the receipt for a refund. We want to make your online shopping experience easy and fun.

Did you buy it in-store? If so, please note we are happy to exchange purchases made in-store within 14 days of purchase as long as the returned items are in their original condition. Sorry, we don't offer a refund on items purchased in-store for change of mind so please choose carefully.
